"Ye shall know the truth"   

If you feel ill, or something causes you distress, then it's a lie about how God made you feel when you are truly governed by Him - a lie cannot make you believe a lie. 

When influenced by a false fact, a material impression that distresses you, you can rely on God's law that allows you to "let go" of the nightmare.

Letting go we become resilient again ... like a distorted balloon regaining its proper shape!
